She raged. She shouted. She boiled and frothed. She hissed and screamed. She roared and pouted. But why? There were no answers to this question.
Many people cursed at her and said something about the old girl having a witch’s soul. They boasted loudly to the river about how they were so much better than her. That always made her feel down at heart. But little did she know, life was about to get much, much harder….
She slowly churned in her sleep. “Soooheyshoo”, she mumbled to herself. She was having a bad dream, which began as a little spooky, more spooky, spookiest spooky, really scary, scariest scary, pretty bad, more bad, really bad, really really bad, very very bad, baddest bad in the history of bads and ended in a spookascarabadnightmareouslyghoulishworstdreamever.
She woke up in a cold sweat, shivering from what was not the cold. This was the first time she had been awoken by her troubling dreams in the middle of the night.
She looked around. She could tell that night time was her favourite. Suddenly she felt an urge to have her revenge on the people who had made her life hell. She let out an almighty
ROAR!
Now, she was gonna have REVENGE on the people who made her a monster.
She pushed herself out from the water and tried to lurch over a hill behind which the beastly human beings lived. To her own surprise, she actually made it! As it was her first time acting like a rebellion, she thought that it would take a few goes for her to get over the hill. But it appears she was wrong, wasn’t she?
Feeling proud she turned to face the town behind the hill. Any second now she would be crashing down on the town

SHE CAME DOWN
and water flooded the town. Then there was silence for a few seconds, then a tidal wave came on from far and when it finally came to the town it was bigger than before, so when it crashed down the town, it took the town down to the depths with it.
Finally the river had the whole world for herself. When she thought she would name herself she chose the name REVENGE.
